The cherry juice is 100% pure, natural and unsweetened and can be ordered online from our website (below), collected from the farm at Northiam or delivered to some of the Kent farmers markets by prior arrangement - just email Michael@rentacherrytree.co.uk and ask.

Longfield Mazery produces home-made artisan small-batch meads. With fanatical emphasis on flavour, integrity and delivering a product that is as close to as possible to just fermented honey, water and fruit, LfM produces 5 different meads; Cox's Simple Mead, Orange and Cinnamon, Toffee Apple, Raspberry and Almond (summer only) and Christmas Spiced (winter only). We sell at a number of different Farmers Markets and food festivals in Kent as well as selected outlets. At The Speedy Snail we use the finest and freshest local ingredients to produce an ever expanding range of healthy and delicious fresh soups. Where possible we tie up with producers from the Farmers' Markets that we attend to use their ingredients to create seasonal flavours that we hope you enjoy.

We are an artisan food producer, producing a range of charcuterie, smoked and cured meat and fish including dry cured salamis and hams like Coppa, Lomo, pancetta and our own 'Parma' style Kent ham. The ham is from orchard reared pigs from the Kent Essex boarders. Everything we produce is made by hand according to traditional methods.

Sanden vineyard is located on a south east facing slope on sandy soil. It was originally planted in 1987 and in 2004 was partly replanted with Seyval and Pinot Noir grapes giving the wine a distinctive clean fresh taste and a nose with hints of vanilla and apple. Sanden matures on the lees for a number of years to enhance the flavour and the fine bubbles are the natural product of secondary fermentation in the traditional method.
