orchards, fields and hedgerows that surround our Shipbourne distillery.

Sanden vineyard is located on a south east facing slope on sandy soil. It was originally planted in 1987 and in 2004 was partly replanted with Seyval and Pinot Noir grapes giving the wine a distinctive clean fresh taste and a nose with hints of vanilla and apple. Sanden matures on the lees for a number of years to enhance the flavour and the fine bubbles are the natural product of secondary fermentation in the traditional method. The wine is a delight to drink and makes any occasion special.Markets: Penshurst, Shipbourne, Tunbridge Wells Independent
