Sanden vineyard is located on a south east facing slope on sandy soil. It was originally planted in 1987 and in 2004 was partly replanted with Seyval and Pinot Noir grapes giving the wine a distinctive clean fresh taste and a nose with hints of vanilla and apple. Sanden matures on the lees for a number of years to enhance the flavour and the fine bubbles are the natural product of secondary fermentation in the traditional method. The wine is a delight to drink and makes any occasion special.Markets: Hildenborough, Penshurst, Shipbourne, Tunbridge Wells Independent

finest spirits possible that truly reflect the flavours of the woods,
orchards, fields and hedgerows that surround our Shipbourne distillery.
We're a true micro-distillery on a mission to develop breathtaking spirits the slow way. We're honest about what we do and how we do it and we aim to be a positive influence on our community. We're called Greensand Ridge after the hills that surround the Weald, from where we source our flavours.
