We are based in Gravesend and our luxury jams, jellies, preserves and chutney business is a result of our love for quality local food and the Kent countryside. We only use fresh, seasonal, local produce and we love to push the boundaries towards new taste sensations by putting a twist on everyone’s favourite classics. We are adding all the time to our community orchards, we have a 5 star food hygiene rating and our jars and labelling are all from Kent too.

The soft fruit includes strawberries ,raspberries.gooseberries green and red, loganberries, tayberries, black and red currantsand blackberries. Vegetables include early season asparagus, later runner beans and squashes. My own grown fruit and veg are included in my preserves and my own freerange hens eggs are incorporated in my curds which is made fresh for every market.
We make delicious accompaniments to meats and cheeses made from traditionally wild, native or ancient fruits. Our products are inspired by centuries old ways of pairing local foods with local preserves, so that even in the depths of winter, food can be enlivened by a touch of pure, delicious, summer sunshine.
