Margarita's Pies was founded in 2013 by Margarita Pap, Vancouverite and pie maker, in an effort to bring the authentic taste of real North American fruit pies to Kent. Our real fruit pies, lovingly handmade in Margarita's kitchen, feature classic favourites such as Apple, Strawberry-Rhubarb and Apple-Raspberry, as well as seasonal flavours including Apple-Blackberry and Plum. We are a small family-run fruit farm situated in the Garden of England. Our main crops are: apples, cherries and plums. The apples are locally pressed into 5 varieties of pure apple juice. All my products are made from scratch and my pastry is all butter puff or shortcrust. My fillings are made using meat sourced from my local butcher and wherever possible I use ingredients sourced from fellow traders at Farmers' Markets. I'm passionate about keeping it Kentish, and like to introduce new products whenever possible.
