A unique family run Wine estate, located in the beautiful High Weald of East Sussex, the heart of the growing English wine industry
We are passionate about developing a strong and respected brand. Our dream is to make Busi Jacobsohn a respected name in the English wine industry by sharing the unique qualities that come from our single estate sparkling wines, which we believe speak for themselves and demonstrate our passion and knowledge.
We are a single estate grower-producer which gives us complete control over the viticulture processes from start to finish. Wine made in this manner can be compared to single-origin coffee and chocolate, or farm fresh eggs, in that the produce will not necessarily taste the same every year. This is what makes our wine so compelling and so uniquely interesting, as we own the vineyard and know everything there is to know about our grapes.
We also care for our immediate surroundings and the planet, and are committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint by using both solar powered energy and biomass heating, which burns biological matter such as wood chips to create warmth
