Bluebell Vineyard Estates is an award-winning vineyard and winery on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. The Estate has up to nearly 100 acres under vine and grows 10 grape varieties producing both still wines under our ‘Ashdown’ range and traditional method production sparkling wines known as ‘Hindleap
Since establishment in 2005 we have been driven by a passion to produce award-winning wines that can rival the best in the world.
Bluebell Vineyard Estate grows a total of 10 grape varieties. .To achieve our signature style the Estate has planted nine different Chardonnay clones, fourteen Pinot Noir and four Pinot Meunier clones, each carefully selected and planted according to site and soil conditions, and each one increasing the diversity and complexity of the wines. Each clone is hand-harvested to allow the nuances of aroma and flavour from the different vineyard blocks to flourish.
