We make KENTISH BLUE cheese here on our dairy farm in Staplehurst. Using only our own milk from our Brown Swiss and Holstein Freisian cows, we make this delicious blue veined cheese, winner of Taste of Kent Awards, Great Taste awards and World and British cheese awards.
We are now bottling our milk and cream , look out for the label KENTISH FREE RANGE MILK & CREAM, as well as making blue cheese!Fresh pasteurised milk from our cows that graze for 7-8 months a year, as long as our wealden clay ground can take it. ALL of our milking herd graze ALL of the available time, sadly now not the case on many dairy farms, hence the label 'KENTISH FREE RANGE MILK'. Come along to our markets and try.
We are at PENSHURST and TONBRIDGE farmers markets monthly and lots of food events throughout Kent.
